Terms & Condition
Dear customers, you are advised to understand the terms and conditions before making any orders or purchase any OCOC products. After you have made a purchase online, it means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions as stated below.
1. All information you have inputted will only be used as a reference and will not be shared to any third party. It is considered private and confidential.
2. You must ensure that you have selected the correct product(s) with the correct quantity, address, telephone number, and mode of payment are all correct. Any changes to the address or information can be done within 24 hours. We hold no liability if there is incorrect information when filling in information at the checkout.
3. Once you have checked out, you must allow the company to charge your credit/debit card for payment to be processed.
4. You agree to pay all the charges stipulated in the invoice issued (postage fees, credit card transaction fees and others).
5. After you have placed your order, you agree that the online purchase you have made is FINAL and WILL NOT be changed, erased or transferred to another product.
6. You agree to the following delivery schedule:
- City and urban areas; approximately 4-5 working days from order date.
- Rural areas & Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan; approximately 7-10 working days from order date.
7. When you receive your order from the courier service, ensure that the items you have received are correct and within the quantity that you have ordered. You can contact customer support within 7 days from date of receipt if there are any mistakes to your orders. Any request made after the specified time above will NOT be entertained.
8. Orders made online is not refundable or exchangeable unless the order received was incorrect or damaged.
9. Products may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reaction so ensure you read the ingredients carefully.
