Return Policy
We allow refunds if it meets the following criterias:
1. Damaged products as a result from the factory not meeting specifications set or described.
2. Products damaged (such as broken, torn, crumpled etc) during delivery, where it needs to be informed to the customer service within 7 days of receipt, UNLESS:
- The product is damaged as a result of the user’s improper handling.
- Product has expired.
3. Refunded products must be returned in its original form and not differing from at least 80% of its original casing.
4. Refund through cash is NOT permited.
5. We can update the terms & conditions from time to time without giving notice.
